The 1,000-square-foot Tasting Room is the main event space, defined by a minimalist raw-concrete aesthetic and large street-facing windows. Its centerpiece is a circular bar with 40 taps pouring draft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, set beneath a large circular window that looks into the attached 5,000-square-foot production facility. A secondary circular bar functions as a food corner with a simple kitchen setup, making it an easy service station for outside caterers, food trucks, and pop-ups. Lighting is fully dimmable, seating and tables are modular, and DJs and bands can be accommodated. A full buyout holds up to 100 standing guests; security is required for events over 70.
