Description

Wandering Barman is a cocktail production facility and tasting room on Meserole Street in Brooklyn. The event space is a 1,000-square-foot tasting room attached to the brand's 5,000-square-foot production space, giving guests a behind-the-scenes feel that's hard to find in a standard bar rental. The room is minimalist and industrial — raw concrete, large street-facing windows, and fully dimmable lighting — so it can be dressed up or left as-is depending on the event. The centerpiece is a large circular bar with 40 taps pouring the house's own draft cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beer, wine, and spirits. Because everything is served on draft, drinks come out fast, which works well for cocktail receptions and larger standing crowds. A big circular window behind the bar looks directly into the production facility. A second circular bar functions as a dedicated food corner with a simple kitchen setup, designed for outside caterers, pop-ups, chef tables, and buffets — the venue does not run its own kitchen, and outside food is welcome. Seating and tables are modular, so the layout can flex between seated lounge arrangements and open standing space. Groups of roughly 40–50 can book a partial reservation, while a full tasting room buyout accommodates up to 100 standing guests. Note that events over 70 guests require hired security at an additional fee, and the venue enforces a strict 21+ policy.
