With glowing red lanterns, Art Deco elegance, and a flexible layout, it’s perfect for intimate dinners, weddings, brand activations, or immersive performances. More than a venue, it’s a world your guests step into — unforgettable, stylish, and full of atmosphere.
Red Pavilion operates in distinct time slots, if you require different hours an additional rental fee and minimum bar spend will apply.
Time slots for events:
* Friday: 5-9pm or 9:30pm-2:30am
* Saturday: 4-7:30pm or 7:30-10:30pm or 10:30pm-4am
* Thursday: 5-8:30pm or 8:30pm-12am
* Sunday-Wednesday, and Fridays & Saturdays before 4:30pm: Hours are flexible (min 3hr booking duration)
* Price represents a flat rental fee + minimum bar spend:
* RENTAL FEE: $2,500 Thursday-Saturday and $2,000 Sunday-Wednesday
* MINIMUM SPEND: $4,000 Monday-Sunday and $5,000 Saturday (after 10:30PM)

Holidays may affect all fees and bar minimums due to increased staffing needs. 🐉 CONDITIONS: - Private events that require different hours than offered may require an additional rental fee to cancel our public programming. Events spanning both time slots are $5,000 with a $8,000 minimum bar spend for a 5-6 hour booking. - Guest count is not to exceed our legal venue capacity of 224 at any given time - Eating and drinking is not permitted in the DJ booth - A Certificate of Insurance is required for all private events, naming The Red Pavilion LLC, 1241 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn NY 11237 as additionally insured. 🐉 CATERING: - We do not have a full kitchen on premises, but we have partnered with The Monkey King to provide outside catering. Their menu can be found here. Clients are also welcome to bring their own catering. - Any event using catering is required to hire one or two additional food servers (based on guest count) at a rate of $40 per hour per server, with a four-hour minimum per server. - A 15% service fee will be applied to the final catering bill to cover food service coordination, cleaning, and additional waste disposal.
