Vibrant, sophisticated, and high-energy, with a distinct atmosphere on each level: a chic, chandelier-lit bistro on the ground floor, a sultry and intimate Red Room on the second floor, and a lively, scenic rooftop club up top.
Space Layout
Three distinct floors that can be booked independently or combined. The first floor is a French-inspired dining and lounge space with banquette seating. The second-floor Red Room is a self-contained private lounge with its own bar, restrooms, and a separate street-level entrance on Ludlow Street. The third floor is a large rooftop with a retractable roof, outdoor patio, HD video wall, and DJ booth.
Private Events
Private functions can be tailored with flexible in-house catering and customized drink packages. Professional lighting, HD video screens on the rooftop, and DJ capabilities are available. Minimum spend requirements may apply based on group size, event date, and the specific space required.
Food & Drinks
In-house catering includes French-American bistro fare, hors d'oeuvres, and buffet stations. Beverage options range from premium bottle service and curated mixology packages to open bar setups.
Group Size
Capacities vary by floor: the First Floor accommodates up to 180 standing (60 seated), the Red Room holds up to 150 standing (60-70 seated), and the Rooftop hosts up to 400 standing (125 seated). Full venue buyouts accommodate up to 700 guests, and flexible floor plans support groups starting around 20.

Booking Policy
- 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. The remaining payment is due seven (7) days in advance of your event. - All employees hired for events are paid a 22% administrative fee, we do not require any additional gratuity

Things to know
The DL will hold basic decor the morning of your event day and up to one day past your event date. Anything left past that date will be disposed of if not previously arranged with the manager. - Please inquire regarding specific presentation or sound needs. We have DJs as well as a Photo Booth available for rental, please inquire about additional fees.
