The room features hardwood floors, a 16-foot custom-lit ceiling, and an 800-square-foot outdoor balcony overlooking the marina. The space is built for large-format events. The open layout can be configured for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or corporate presentations, and it accommodates up to 360 guests for seated events and up to 500 for standing receptions. Solar and blackout shades and state-of-the-art AV services make it practical for presentations and product launches as well as celebrations. Catering is provided exclusively by Abigail Kirsch, with customizable menus for any occasion. An experienced in-house event team supports planning and execution, and valet parking is available for guests, making this a strong fit for galas, weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, and milestone celebrations.
