Created by renowned chef and author Peter Callahan, the space pairs an open, flexible floor plan with timeless interiors — chic lounge furniture, copper mirror-topped tables, ample natural light, and lighting on dimmers — so it arrives ready for an event without heavy outside production. What sets Carton House apart for planners is its turnkey model: event planning, catering by Peter Callahan Catering, floral design, and an in-house DJ are all handled under one roof. Menus are customizable, from elegant seated dinners to whimsical cocktail-style service, and Kosher catering is available from a Kosher kitchen. Built-in A/V and tailored tabletop design and music make it straightforward to brand or personalize the room. The venue works across a wide range of formats — weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate gatherings, and brand activations. It can host up to 150–160 guests for a cocktail reception or seated dinner and up to 200 standing, while the modular layout also configures down for intimate gatherings of roughly 10 to 32 guests. Corporate groups can add team-building programming like mixology and cooking classes.
