Taking over a 100-year-old boiler room beneath Chelsea Market, the full venue rental offers 6,000 square feet of customizable space. It features a two-level layout with a Welcome Room, a built-in Extended Reality bar on the mezzanine (seating for 20), and a lower-level fully immersive 270-degree gallery, with 13 auxiliary interactive experiences flowing into the main space. The venue is equipped with 21-foot ceilings, seamless wall-to-wall projections, a 4K Barco Projection System, and a 30.1 L'Acoustics Hyperreal sound system. It accommodates up to 250 standing guests, 125 theater-style, and roughly 100-120 for seated dinners.
