Booking Policy
50% deposit required to lock in booking and reserve space. Clients have up to 10 days prior to their event to make any changes to catering/food selections and headcount. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled after the deposit has been received, the following terms will apply: More than 30 days prior to the event: The deposit is fully refundable. Within 30 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable; however, it will be retained as a credit and may be applied toward a future event hosted with us, provided the event takes place within the same calendar year.
