JACX&CO is a modern industrial food hall on the plaza level of The JACX, a 1.2 million square-foot creative office campus in Long Island City developed by Tishman Speyer. The design leans into blackened metal finishes, polished concrete, terra cotta, and reclaimed wood flooring, with high ceilings, an upstairs mezzanine, and an airy courtyard feel. A collection of culinary eateries operates under one roof, with food ordering handled through a single seamless platform, alongside a full-service bar pouring craft cocktails, wine, cider, and local beers from makers like LIC Beer Project and Bronx Brewery. For events, the venue is unusually flexible. Groups can book the Arches area near the main bar for mid-sized happy hours and mixers, take a full buyout of the food hall for large receptions, or head up to the sprawling 5th Floor Terrace, which includes an indoor pavilion and supports standing receptions of up to 400 guests. Indoor food hall events are catered by the in-house eateries, while the terrace uniquely permits outside food vendors with an up-to-date COI. Logistics are straightforward: the venue is two subway stops from Manhattan via Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza, there is a dedicated parking garage inside the building at 28-98 42nd Rd, and the space is equipped with A/V capabilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and handicap accessibility.
